1Delete it in Flua

Open Settings → Account → Delete account, read the confirmation, and tap Delete account. Your account is removed and access is blocked immediately. Stored study history is then erased in background batches. If you cannot access the app, email support@tryflua.com from the address registered to your Flua account and we will verify and complete the request. No account? Your restorable progress is stored on your device, and your app check-ins are uploaded under an anonymous identity, as are your study history and reminder records, except those made while usage data was off on iPhone or iPad. Email support@tryflua.com to have those erased; uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes the local copy.

2What is deleted

In-app deletion permanently removes your account record, email address, sign-in credentials and sessions, synced learning progress, entitlement records, and account-linked product analytics. Verified email fallback requests are completed within 30 days.

3What is kept, and for how long

Purchase and transaction records are retained by the store that processed your payment (App Store, Google Play, or our web payment provider) and by us where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance. Aggregated analytics and crash logs that are not tied to your account may be retained; they cannot be used to identify you after your account is deleted.
